Larry Clark
Leadership Advisor | Talent & Organizational Development
I work with senior leaders and talent teams to bring clarity and coherence to leadership development—particularly in complex, fast-changing organizations. My work focuses on aligning leadership strategy with business priorities and translating intent into practical action.
Focus areas
- Leadership development strategy and architecture
- Enterprise and cohort-based leadership programs
- Talent management processes and approaches, including succession planning and talent reviews
- Facilitating alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities
I’m especially interested in helping organizations simplify leadership development and talent practices without sacrificing rigor or impact.
Background
I’m a learning, development, and talent executive with more than 30 years of experience working as a practitioner inside large, global organizations.
Most recently, I served as Managing Director of Global Learning Services at Harvard Business School Publishing, where I led professional services, customer success, and support for HBP’s Corporate Learning division. In that role, I worked closely with organizations around the world to design and deliver leadership development solutions grounded in Harvard’s research on leadership and management.
Prior to Harvard Business Publishing, I was Vice President of Talent & Professional Development at Comcast, where I led enterprise-wide talent management, succession planning, and leadership and executive development. Earlier in my career, I spent more than a decade at Microsoft in learning, organizational development, and operations roles in both U.S. and global field organizations.
Across these roles, my work has focused on helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, build resilience, and translate strategy into sustained performance.
